Legal Director - Technology Transactions Counsel

PepsiCo is in search of an experienced, highly motivated individual to join our Legal team as Legal Director - Technology Transactions Counsel. This position is responsible for providing legal advice and support on a wide range of technology transactions for the company.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the legal principles and processes related to technology transactions. The ideal candidate must also have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the legal field, preferably in the technology sector, and must have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school.We are seeking an individual who is driven and results-oriented, and who will bring enthusiasm and a collaborative approach to our team. Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of technology transactions for PepsiCo
2. Negotiate and draft technology transactions, including but not limited to software license agreements, software as a service agreements, services agreements, and technology development agreements
3. Ensure that all technology transactions are compliant with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
4. Analyze and interpret legal documents, including contracts, policies, and regulations
5. Advise executive leadership on legal implications of technology transactions
6. Monitor industry trends and legal developments related to technology transactions
7. Develop and implement procedures for managing technology transactions
8. Manage outside counsel and other legal resources
9. Prepare and present legal documents and reports to executive leadership
10. Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on legal issues related to technology transactions
