
Legal Director, Employment Law Litigation
PepsiCo is looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Legal Director, Employment Law Litigation to join our Legal team. As a Legal Director, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and advice to the company on a variety of employment law matters, including but not limited to litigation, compliance, and labor relations. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate an extensive knowledge of employment law, a strong track record of success managing high-stakes litigation, and an ability to work collaboratively with various business leaders. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who can effectively handle a wide range of employment law matters and proactively manage litigation risk. Required Qualifications:• JD from an accredited law school• 10+ years of experience in employment law, with an emphasis in litigation• Ability to handle complex legal matters with minimal oversight• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills

Juris Doctor Degree From An Accredited Law School
State Bar License In Good Standing
