Responsibilities: • Develop and manage project plans and timelines for engineering projects • Oversee project teams, monitoring progress and providing guidance as needed • Analyze data and reports to identify potential areas of improvement • Set project objectives, track progress and provide feedback to stakeholders • Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time • Monitor project costs and resources, adjusting as needed • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders • Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful project completion • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members • Identify areas of risk and create strategies to mitigate them • Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure project quality • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the project • Communicate project status and results with stakeholders and senior management • Produce regular reports on project progress, timelines, and budgets
