  1. Conduct IT audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in PepsiCo's IT systems.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement control measures to mitigate identified risks.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing control measures and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to IT security and compliance.
  5. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management and other relevant stakeholders.
  6. Work with IT teams to ensure compliance with PepsiCo's IT policies and procedures.
  7. Lead and participate in IT audit projects, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote awareness and understanding of IT audit processes and procedures.
  9. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of IT audit training and education programs for employees.
  11. Assist in the preparation of IT audit reports and presentations for senior management.
  12. Identify and raise any potential IT security or compliance concerns to management.
  13. Conduct reviews of third-party vendors and their IT systems to ensure compliance with PepsiCo's standards.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to PepsiCo's values and code of conduct.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In It Auditing, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Audit Methodologies, Risk Assessment, And Internal Controls.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Various Stakeholders And Present Audit Findings.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Cisa, Cia, Or Cissp Are Preferred.
