
Inventory Control Coordinator|2nd shift

- Maintain accurate inventory levels: The Inventory Control Coordinator will be responsible for regularly monitoring and updating inventory levels to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Coordinate with various departments: This role requires collaborating with different departments such as production, shipping, and purchasing to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Perform inventory audits: The coordinator will conduct regular inventory audits to identify and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and records.
- Implement inventory control procedures: The candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing inventory control procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Identify and resolve inventory issues: The coordinator will proactively identify and resolve any inventory issues, such as stock shortages or overages, to prevent disruptions in operations.
- Utilize inventory management software: The candidate will use various inventory management software to track and manage inventory levels, generate reports, and analyze data.
- Train and supervise staff: In some cases, the Inventory Control Coordinator may be responsible for training and supervising staff members who handle inventory to ensure they follow proper procedures.
- Monitor and report on inventory metrics: The coordinator will regularly monitor and report on inventory metrics, such as turnover rate and stock levels, to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Proficiency In Inventory Management Systems: Experience And Expertise In Using Inventory Management Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle, Is Crucial For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Use These Systems To Track Inventory Levels, Generate Reports, And Make Adjustments As Needed.
Attention To Detail: The Inventory Control Coordinator Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Accurately Track And Record Inventory Levels And Identify Any Discrepancies Or Errors. This Requires A High Level Of Accuracy And Precision To Ensure The Inventory Data Is Always Up-To-Date And Accurate.
