  1. Develop and implement strategies for cross-border tax planning in compliance with international tax laws and regulations.
  2. Conduct research and analysis of international tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify potential tax savings opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues from different countries to ensure accurate and timely reporting of international tax obligations.
  4. Prepare and review tax calculations and disclosures for international transactions and operations.
  5. Monitor changes in international tax laws and regulations and provide recommendations on potential impacts to the organization.
  6. Communicate and explain complex international tax concepts to non-tax colleagues and stakeholders.
  7. Review and analyze financial data to identify potential tax risks and opportunities.
  8. Prepare and file tax returns and related documentation for international operations.
  9. Assist with internal and external audits related to international tax matters.
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements within the tax department.
  11. Maintain strong understanding of PepsiCo's global tax policies and procedures.
  12. Support the tax team in special projects and initiatives related to international tax.
  13. Provide guidance and training to junior tax team members on international tax matters.
  14. Ensure all tax filings and payments are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  15. Maintain strong relationships with tax authorities and external advisors.
  16. Adhere to ethical and professional standards while carrying out job responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In International Tax Compliance And Planning, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation Or Big 4 Accounting Firm.

  • Strong Understanding Of International Tax Laws And Regulations, Including Transfer Pricing And Cross-Border Transactions.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret And Apply Complex Tax Regulations.

  • Experience With Tax Software And Systems, Such As Sap, Onesource, And Microsoft Excel.
