  1. Collaborate with the Technology UX Design team to develop innovative and user-friendly digital solutions for PepsiCo.
  2. Contribute creative ideas and concepts to the design process, taking into consideration user needs and business objectives.
  3. Conduct research and gather user insights to inform design decisions.
  4. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketers to ensure design solutions align with overall business goals.
  6. Utilize design tools and software to produce high-quality visual assets.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and technology.
  8. Take ownership of assigned projects and meet project deadlines.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
  10. Actively seek feedback and incorporate it into design iterations.
  11. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail, ensuring all designs meet brand standards and guidelines.
  12. Maintain organized files and documentation for design projects.
  13. Continuously learn and develop skills through on-the-job training and professional development opportunities.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge Of Ux Design Principles: A Strong Understanding Of User Experience Design Principles And Methodologies Is Essential For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Wireframing, Prototyping, And User Testing.

  • Proficiency In Design Software: Familiarity With Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Or Figma Is Necessary To Create High-Quality Designs And Prototypes.

  • Understanding Of Product Development: A Basic Understanding Of The Product Development Process, Including Requirements Gathering, Ideation, And Iteration, Is Important For An Intern In This Role To Contribute Effectively To The Team.

  • Communication Skills: Clear Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Crucial For An Intern To Collaborate With Team Members And Stakeholders And Present Design Solutions Confidently.
