Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Intern to join us at PepsiCo in the Shopper Insights department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for understanding consumer behavior and the ability to think creatively to develop new strategies.The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills as well as a strong knowledge of market research techniques. They will be able to work independently, with a focus on achieving results, while also collaborating effectively with other team members. We are looking for a person with a positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively.In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and interpreting shopper trends, developing new insights, and creating a range of marketing materials to support our sales team. We expect you to be an organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field• Strong research and analytical skills• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel• Knowledge of consumer behavior and market research techniques• Previous experience in a related field is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Identify and interpret shopper trends and develop new insights • Create marketing materials to support the sales team • Utilize market research techniques to gain consumer insights • Develop strategies to address consumer behavior • Organize and analyze data to develop insights and strategies • Utilize problem solving skills to identify solutions to consumer behavior • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders • Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations • Maintain and update databases • Work independently and manage time effectively • Remain current on market trends and consumer behavior
