  1. Collaborate with the Health, Safety & Environmental team to develop and implement sustainability initiatives and programs.
  2. Conduct research and analysis on current environmental and safety regulations and laws.
  3. Assist in creating and maintaining safety policies and procedures.
  4. Participate in safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  5. Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote and educate on sustainability efforts and initiatives.
  6. Monitor and track sustainability metrics and report findings to management.
  7. Assist in developing and providing training programs on safety and environmental best practices.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in sustainability and safety.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement sustainable business practices.
  10. Support the development and implementation of emergency response plans.
  11. Participate in meetings and discussions to provide insights and recommendations on sustainability and safety practices.
  12. Communicate and promote a culture of safety and sustainability throughout the organization.
  13. Support the company's commitment to reducing environmental impact and promoting sustainable practices.
  14. Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations and ensure compliance within the organization.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance sustainability efforts within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Occupational Health And Safety Regulations: The Intern Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Osha Regulations And Other Relevant Health And Safety Laws To Ensure Compliance Within The Organization.

  • Understanding Of Environmental Management Systems: The Intern Should Be Familiar With Environmental Management Systems Such As Iso 14001 And Have The Ability To Implement And Maintain These Systems In The Workplace.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As An Intern, The Individual Will Be Working Closely With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization. Strong Communication Skills Are Necessary To Effectively Communicate Safety And Environmental Policies And Procedures.

  • Attention To Detail: The Intern Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Identify Potential Hazards And Risks In The Workplace. This Is Crucial For Maintaining A Safe And Healthy Work Environment.

  • Ability To Work Independently: The Intern Will Be Responsible For Completing Tasks And Projects On Their Own, Therefore, They Must Be Self-Motivated, Organized, And Able To Prioritize Their Workload. This Also Includes The Ability To Work Well Under Pressure And Meet Deadlines.
