  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support eCommerce supply chain operations.
  2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to optimize supply chain processes.
  3. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
  4. Participate in project planning and execution, contributing ideas and suggestions.
  5. Support the team in managing inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  6. Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to maintain strong relationships.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Take initiative to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  9. Learn and understand the eCommerce supply chain process, including logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  10. Assist in creating reports and presentations to share findings and recommendations.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  12. Represent PepsiCo in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  13. Embrace a culture of continuous learning and personal development.
  14. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the team and department.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Intern Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Data Analysis And Be Able To Identify Trends And Patterns In Supply Chain Data.

  • Knowledge Of Ecommerce Platforms: The Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Ecommerce Platforms Such As Amazon, Walmart, And Target, And Should Have A Basic Understanding Of How These Platforms Work.

  • Supply Chain Management Knowledge: The Intern Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Supply Chain Management Principles, Including Inventory Management, Logistics, And Demand Planning.

  • Communication Skills: The Intern Should Possess Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, In Order To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.

  • Time Management And Multitasking Abilities: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Time Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment. This Includes The Ability To Meet Deadlines And Handle Unexpected Challenges.
