In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced and ever-evolving world of eCommerce sales and marketing.   1. Collaborate with the eCommerce team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive online sales and increase brand awareness.
  2. Support the development and maintenance of eCommerce sales channels, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, and online marketplaces.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights in the eCommerce space.
  4. Assist in creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and influencer partnerships.
  5. Monitor and report on eCommerce sales performance, website traffic, and social media metrics to track progress and make data-driven recommendations.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  7. Provide support for eCommerce customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and eCommerce to constantly improve and innovate our strategies.
  9. Support the planning and execution of virtual events and promotions to drive online sales and engage with consumers.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers and colleagues, representing the PepsiCo brand with integrity and enthusiasm.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Ecommerce Platforms: A Successful Intern In This Role Should Possess A Deep Knowledge Of Various Ecommerce Platforms Such As Amazon, Walmart, And Target. They Should Be Able To Navigate These Platforms And Understand How To Optimize Sales And Marketing Strategies On Each.

  • Knowledge Of Digital Marketing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Digital Marketing Channels, Including Social Media, Email Marketing, And Search Engine Optimization. They Should Be Able To Develop And Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns That Drive Sales And Increase Brand Visibility.

  • Analytical Skills: As An Ecommerce Sales/Marketing Intern, It Is Important To Have Strong Analytical Skills To Track And Measure The Success Of Campaigns And Initiatives. The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Informed Decisions Based On Insights Is Crucial In This Role.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Intern Will Be Working Closely With Various Teams, Including The Ecommerce Team, Sales Team, And Marketing Team. Strong Communication Skills Are Essential To Effectively Collaborate And Coordinate Efforts Across Teams.

  • Passion For Sales And Marketing: A Successful Intern Should Have A Genuine Interest In Sales And Marketing, Particularly In The Ecommerce Space. They Should Be Able To Think Creatively And Come Up With Innovative Ideas To Drive Sales And Engage With Customers Online.
