1. Lead and manage the integration of newly acquired businesses and brands into the PepsiCo portfolio.
2. Develop and implement integration plans to ensure smooth and efficient integration of acquired companies.
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, HR, etc.) to coordinate and execute integration activities.
4. Ensure alignment of integration plans with company values and culture.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
6. Monitor progress and identify potential risks or roadblocks in the integration process.
7. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and address challenges.
8. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on integration decisions.

14. Maintain a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in integration.
15. Represent PepsiCo in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.
