  1. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for identity management operations, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all identity management systems, including user provisioning, access controls, and authentication.
  3. Lead a team of identity management specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure the team is meeting operational goals and objectives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, automation, and standardization for identity management operations.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, security, and business leaders, to understand their needs and ensure effective delivery of identity management services.
  6. Monitor and analyze identity management system logs and reports to identify and address potential security issues and risks.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and developments in identity management technologies and make recommendations for enhancements to existing systems and processes.
  8. Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to identity management systems and services.
  9. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for identity management systems.
  10. Provide regular status updates and reporting on identity management operations to senior leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Identity Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Identity Management, Preferably In A Large Organization. This Would Include Experience In Managing User Accounts, Access Controls, And Identity Governance Processes.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Identity Management Industry Standards And Best Practices, Such As Iso 27001, Nist, And Iam Frameworks Like Sailpoint Or Okta. This Will Ensure Compliance With Regulations And Effective Implementation Of Security Controls.

  • Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Familiar With Various Identity Management Tools And Technologies. This Includes Expertise In Active Directory, Ldap, Single Sign-On (Sso), And Multi-Factor Authentication (Mfa). Proficiency In Scripting Languages Like Powershell Or Python Is Also Desired.

  • Leadership And Team Management: As An Operations Lead, The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Team. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance, And Foster A Collaborative And Productive Work Environment. Previous Experience In Managing A Team Of Identity Management Professionals Would Be A Plus.

  • Communication And Analytical Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Cross-Functional Teams, Stakeholders, And Vendors. Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills Are Also Essential, As The Role Involves Identifying And Resolving Complex Identity Management Issues And Improving Processes.
