IAM Director - Directory and PAM

1. Develop and implement identity and access management strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with PepsiCo's overall security objectives.
2. Oversee the management and maintenance of directory services and privileged access management systems, ensuring the security and efficiency of all user access.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units, to identify and address any potential risks or vulnerabilities in the IAM systems.
4. Monitor and analyze system logs and reports to proactively identify and address any security issues or anomalies.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IAM, and recommend and implement improvements to PepsiCo's IAM systems.
6. Lead and manage a team of IAM professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of IAM initiatives.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of IAM services.
8. Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to ensure that IAM processes and procedures are in line with regulatory requirements.
9. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for the IAM systems.
10. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on the status of IAM systems and any potential risks or issues.
11. Train and educate employees on IAM policies and procedures, and promote a culture of security awareness and compliance.
12. Continuously evaluate and improve the overall IAM program, seeking out new technologies and tools to enhance security and efficiency.
13. Represent PepsiCo in industry conferences and events, and actively participate in relevant industry forums and working groups.
14. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and innovation within the IAM department and cross-functionally across the organization.
