
HR Ops Sr Coordinator

- Support and execute HR processes and initiatives to ensure the success of the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and information.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and trainings for the HR team.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, conducting background checks, and preparing new hire paperwork.
- Monitor and track employee performance evaluations, promotions, and transfers.
- Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Conduct research and provide data analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- Proactively identify and address any HR-related issues or concerns.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Manage and maintain HR databases and systems.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr Operations, Preferably In A Large Multinational Organization.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Systems And Processes, Including But Not Limited To Payroll, Benefits, Data Management, And Compliance.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Demonstrated Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Opportunities For Process Improvement And Implement Solutions.
