Job Description

PepsiCo is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Health, Safety & Environmental Associate Representative.   1. Implement and maintain HSE policies and procedures in accordance with company standards and local regulations.
  2. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current HSE practices and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and identify potential hazards.
  4. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on HSE protocols and best practices.
  5. Investigate and report on any incidents, accidents, or near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement emergency response plans.
  7. Stay up-to-date with HSE regulations and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement of HSE practices.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to HSE activities.
  9. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote a culture of safety and sustainability.
  10. Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions for improving workplace safety and reducing environmental impact.
  11. Support the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives and programs.
  12. Act as a resource for employees, providing guidance and support on HSE matters.
  13. Assist in the preparation of HSE reports and presentations for management and regulatory agencies.
  14. Collaborate with external partners, such as government agencies and industry organizations, to stay informed and compliant with HSE regulations.
  15. Participate in HSE committees and represent the company at external HSE events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Science, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Health, Safety, And Environmental Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Health, Safety, And Environmental Regulations And Their Application In A Corporate Setting

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Employees On Safety Procedures

  • Experience Conducting Risk Assessments And Developing And Implementing Safety Policies And Procedures
