- Develop and execute growth strategies for PepsiCo's portfolio of brands.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement innovative growth strategies.
- Monitor and track progress of growth initiatives, and make necessary adjustments to ensure success.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Communicate progress and results to senior management through presentations and reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance growth strategies.
- Develop and manage budgets for growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize growth potential.
- Identify and address potential roadblocks or challenges to growth initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve growth strategies to drive long-term success.
- Act as a brand ambassador and represent PepsiCo in a positive and professional manner.
- Travel as needed to support growth initiatives and attend industry events.
- Uphold PepsiCo's values and culture in all aspects of the role.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Brands Or Businesses.
Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Identify Growth Opportunities And Develop Action Plans.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
