  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of global regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance within the supply chain.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote ethical and responsible sourcing practices.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  4. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
  5. Monitor and track supplier performance to ensure adherence to ethical and responsible sourcing standards.
  6. Communicate and educate internal stakeholders on supply chain compliance requirements and best practices.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations to proactively address potential compliance issues.
  8. Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders and respond to inquiries and requests related to supply chain compliance.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to promote ethical and responsible practices.
  10. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement corrective action plans for any identified non-compliance issues.
  11. Prepare and present compliance reports and recommendations to senior management.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain compliance processes and procedures.
  13. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay informed and share best practices.
  14. Adhere to company values and promote a culture of social and environmental responsibility.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Global Supply Chain Compliance, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Trade Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including But Not Limited To Customs, Import/Export Controls, And Labeling Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Proven Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With The Ability To Identify Compliance Risks And Develop Effective Solutions To Mitigate Them.
