  1. Monitor and maintain global supply chain compliance standards to ensure ethical and legal practices.
  2. Conduct regular audits and assessments of supply chain operations to identify potential compliance issues.
  3. Keep up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance practices are in line with current standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
  5. Provide guidance and training to supply chain teams on compliance requirements and best practices.
  6. Investigate and resolve any identified compliance issues, taking appropriate corrective actions.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation and records related to compliance activities.
  8. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential compliance issues.
  9. Communicate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure compliance standards are met throughout the supply chain.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations on compliance performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Participate in external audits and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies.
  12. Stay informed of industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement of compliance processes.
  13. Work closely with legal counsel to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  14. Proactively identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  15. Maintain a strong understanding of PepsiCo's Code of Conduct and ensure all supply chain operations are aligned with its principles.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Compliance, Preferably In A Global Context.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Global Trade Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Import/Export Laws And Customs Regulations.

  • Experience Conducting Audits And Assessments To Ensure Compliance With Internal Policies And External Regulations.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Compliance Issues In A Timely Manner.
