- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective content and merchandising plans.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Create and manage eCommerce content and merchandising calendars, ensuring timely execution of all initiatives.
- Work closely with brand marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
- Utilize strong project management skills to oversee the end-to-end process of content and merchandising development, from ideation to execution.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to develop high-quality content and optimize the shopping experience for consumers.
- Continuously analyze and optimize content and merchandising strategies to improve conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure all eCommerce content and merchandising are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in eCommerce and merchandising to inform and improve strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field - A Strong Understanding Of Marketing Principles, Consumer Behavior, And Global Business Trends Is Essential For This Role.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Ecommerce Content And Merchandising - Prior Experience In Managing Online Product Content And Developing Merchandising Strategies Is Crucial For Success In This Role.
Knowledge Of Global Ecommerce Platforms And Marketplaces - Familiarity With Popular Ecommerce Platforms Such As Amazon, Alibaba, And Tmall, As Well As Different Global Marketplaces, Is Necessary For Effectively Managing Pepsico's Online Presence.
Strong Analytical And Data-Driven Mindset - The Ability To Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Make Data-Driven Decisions Is Critical For Optimizing Online Product Content And Driving Sales.
