Job Description

PepsiCo is looking for an innovative and motivated Frito-Lay Variety Pack Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that support the growth and success of Frito-Lay's portfolio of variety packs. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the food and beverage industry and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong execution. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing plans and have an eye for detail. We are looking for someone who is excited to bring their unique perspective and experience to the team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field• At least 5 years of experience in marketing and/or brand management• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing plans• Proficiency in consumer insights, market research, and analytics• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills• A deep understanding of the Frito-Lay and PepsiCo brandsIf you have the skills and experience necessary to be successful in this role, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans to support the growth and success of Frito-Lay's variety packs • Utilize consumer insights, market research, and analytics to maximize marketing efforts • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the PepsiCo and Frito-Lay organizations • Manage and track budget for marketing plans • Monitor and evaluate marketing performance to ensure goals are achieved • Collaborate with creative teams to develop effective marketing materials • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer preferences to inform strategy • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure marketing plans are successfully executed
