
Frito-Lay Variety Pack Marketing Manager
PepsiCo is looking for an innovative and motivated Frito-Lay Variety Pack Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that support the growth and success of Frito-Lay's portfolio of variety packs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing plans and have an eye for detail. Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing plans to support the growth and success of Frito-Lay's variety packs • Utilize consumer insights, market research, and analytics to maximize marketing efforts • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the PepsiCo and Frito-Lay organizations • Manage and track budget for marketing plans • Monitor and evaluate marketing performance to ensure goals are achieved • Collaborate with creative teams to develop effective marketing materials • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer preferences to inform strategy • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure marketing plans are successfully executed
