  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners in Moncton to promote and sell Frito Lay products.
  2. Deliver Frito Lay snacks to customers on assigned route in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Act as a brand ambassador for PepsiCo by providing excellent customer service and representing the company in a professional manner.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively seeking out new business opportunities and promoting Frito Lay products to potential customers.
  5. Ensure proper merchandising and placement of products in retail stores to maximize sales.
  6. Continuously monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  7. Collaborate with team members and sales managers to develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively communicate and position Frito Lay products in the market.
  10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

  • Prior Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have Previous Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry. This Will Help Them Understand The Sales Processes And Techniques Required To Successfully Promote And Sell Frito Lay Products.

  • Strong Communication Skills: The Route Sales Representative Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis, Therefore Excellent Communication Skills Are Essential. This Includes Being Able To Effectively Communicate Product Information, Negotiate Deals, And Resolve Any Customer Concerns Or Complaints.

  • Ability To Work Independently: As A Route Sales Representative, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing Their Own Route And Schedule. This Requires A Self-Motivated And Disciplined Individual Who Can Work Independently And Stay On Top Of Their Tasks And Responsibilities.

  • Physical Fitness And Stamina: This Role Involves A Lot Of Physical Activity, Including Loading And Unloading Product, Driving A Delivery Truck, And Stocking Shelves. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.

  • Valid Driver's License And Clean Driving Record: Since The Route Sales Representative Will Be Driving A Delivery Truck, A Valid Driver's License And A Clean Driving Record Are Essential. This Ensures The Safety Of Themselves And Others On The Road, As Well As The Timely And Efficient Delivery Of Products To Customers.
