  1. Greet and welcome customers to Frito Lay Calgary in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for customers and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  3. Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of Frito Lay products and services to effectively assist customers.
  5. Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  8. Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
  9. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Customer Service Experience, Preferably In A Retail Or Consumer Goods Environment
