  1. Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks on company transportation fleet, including but not limited to oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with vehicles and equipment, and make necessary repairs in a timely manner.
  3. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used and time spent on each task.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to coordinate maintenance and repair schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while performing maintenance and repair tasks.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering necessary parts and supplies for the fleet.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in fleet maintenance to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  9. Act as a resource for other team members and provide guidance and training on maintenance and repair tasks.
  10. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork to ensure the smooth operation of the transportation fleet.
