- Mentor and train team members to build a high-performing and agile finance organization.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Accounting, Or Corporate Finance.
Strong Understanding Of Finance Processes And Systems, Including Erp And Financial Reporting Tools.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Large-Scale Finance Transformation Projects.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
