- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, utilizing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to find solutions
- Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty parts and components, adhering to safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Communicate with production and maintenance teams to prioritize and coordinate maintenance tasks and minimize disruptions to production
- Document all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and time spent, in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Stay current on industry developments and advancements, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and procedures
- Train and mentor junior technicians and other team members as needed

D10K License: A Field Service Technician At Pepsico Should Hold A Valid D10K License, Demonstrating Their Knowledge And Expertise In Operating And Maintaining Equipment Used In The Production, Packaging, And Distribution Of Pepsico Products.
Technical Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Technical Background, With A Thorough Understanding Of Mechanical, Electrical, And Computerized Systems. This Includes The Ability To Diagnose And Troubleshoot Issues With Production Equipment And Make Necessary Repairs.
