- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment, utilizing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Complete all repairs and maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including repairs, parts used, and any other relevant information.
- Communicate with team members and management regarding any equipment issues or concerns.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in equipment technology to continuously improve maintenance processes.
- Assist with training and mentoring new technicians on proper maintenance and repair techniques.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner while interacting with clients and colleagues.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education Required, Technical Degree Or Certification Preferred.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Field Service Or Technical Support Role, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.
Strong Mechanical And Electrical Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals And Schematics.
Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software, Including Microsoft Office And Inventory Management Programs.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Adapt To Changing Work Schedules.
