
Field Service Technician (Level 2)

- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on assigned equipment, ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with equipment and provide timely and accurate solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Keep detailed records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns they may have.
- Monitor and report on equipment performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines while performing service tasks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and participate in training and development programs as required.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers and coworkers.
- Represent the company in a positive manner and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Travel to customer locations as needed to perform on-site service calls.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment for customers.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide technical support and expertise to potential customers.
- Act as a mentor to junior technicians and provide guidance and training as needed.
Minimum Two Years Of Experience In A Technical Field, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.
Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Repairing Mechanical, Electrical, And Electronic Equipment.
Strong Knowledge Of Safety Protocols And Procedures, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Hazards.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Customers In A Professional And Courteous Manner.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With A Strong Sense Of Accountability And Attention To Detail.
