
Executive Manager-LD&T -Supply Chain

In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the success of our supply chain operations through the development and implementation of strategic learning and training initiatives. - Develop and implement strategic learning and training initiatives for the Supply Chain division to drive operational success.
- Design and deliver training programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and abilities of supply chain teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain a learning and development roadmap for the Supply Chain division that aligns with business goals and objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to incorporate into training strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of learning and development professionals to ensure high-quality delivery of training programs.
- Develop and manage budgets for learning and development initiatives.
- Partner with HR and senior leadership to identify and address skill gaps and development opportunities for employees.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on supply chain management and provide guidance and support to teams across the organization.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the Supply Chain division.
- Communicate and promote the value of learning and development to all levels of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in regards to training and development.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness and impact of learning and development initiatives to senior leadership.
- Represent PepsiCo as a leader in learning and development within the food and beverage industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, With A Focus On Logistics And Transportation.
Proven Leadership Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing Teams.
Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes And Best Practices, With The Ability To Drive Continuous Improvement And Cost Savings.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, Including The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
