1. Develop and implement HR operational strategies that align with PepsiCo's overall business objectives.
2. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR services.
3. Oversee all HR operations, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and HRIS.
4. Partner with senior leadership to understand business needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support.

7. Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of HR operations.

10. Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and employees on HR-related matters.

14. Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on HR operations and initiatives.
