
Executive Manager- HR Ops

- Develop and implement HR operational strategies that align with PepsiCo's overall business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR services.
- Oversee all HR operations, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and HRIS.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand business needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with laws and regulations.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of HR operations.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in HR operations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and employees on HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational initiatives and support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in all HR operations.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within the HR operations team.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on HR operations and initiatives.
- Represent PepsiCo's HR operations at external events and conferences.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 5 Years In A Managerial Or Leadership Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of Hr Operations And Best Practices, Including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Compensation And Benefits.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A High-Performing Team.
Strong Business Acumen And Strategic Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Align Hr Initiatives With Overall Organizational Goals.
