- Develop and implement strategies and procedures to ensure PepsiCo's compliance with environmental, social and governance standards.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the ESG audit process, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Conduct thorough and comprehensive audits of PepsiCo's operations, supply chain, and other key areas to identify potential areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive ESG initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals and policies.
- Monitor and analyze ESG data and trends, and provide recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to ESG and advise the company on any necessary changes or updates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, NGOs, and industry organizations, to stay informed on best practices and emerging trends.
- Train and educate PepsiCo employees on ESG principles and practices to promote a culture of sustainability.
- Lead and mentor a team of ESG audit professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the ESG audit function, seeking new ways to enhance processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Environmental Science, Sustainability, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Environmental Or Sustainability Auditing, Preferably In A Corporate Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Environmental Regulations And Sustainability Best Practices.
Experience In Implementing And Managing Environmental Social Governance (Esg) Programs Within A Large Organization.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management To Drive Esg Initiatives.
