- Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS standards and processes into daily operations.
- Promote and maintain a culture of safety by providing training and education to employees and promoting best practices.
- Monitor and track EHS performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any deficiencies.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify any potential areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with external agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all EHS related inquiries and concerns from employees, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures to ensure a timely and effective response to any potential incidents.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements, and changes in EHS regulations to continuously improve and enhance the EHS program at PepsiCo.
Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Health & Safety Management Role, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry
Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Environmental Regulations And Compliance Requirements
Professional Certifications Such As Certified Safety Professional (Csp) Or Certified Industrial Hygienist (Cih)
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Educate Employees On Safety Protocols And Procedures
