  1. Develop and implement environmental health and safety programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address safety concerns within the workplace.
  4. Develop and deliver training programs for employees on safety procedures and regulations.
  5. Conduct investigations into workplace accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to environmental health and safety.
  7. Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders.
  9. Identify and implement sustainable practices to minimize the company's environmental impact.
  10. Communicate and promote a culture of safety and sustainability within the organization.
  11. Provide support and guidance to management and employees on environmental health and safety matters.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to environmental health and safety activities.
  13. Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure readiness in case of an incident.
  14. Identify and implement cost-effective solutions to improve workplace safety and environmental sustainability.
  15. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Occupational Health And Safety, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Environmental Health And Safety Roles, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Food And Beverage Industry

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Environmental Regulations And Standards

  • Experience In Conducting Workplace Safety Audits, Risk Assessments, And Developing Safety Training Programs

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Safety Protocols To Employees At All Levels.
