  1. Manage and optimize enterprise data operations for PepsiCo, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all data systems.
  2. Conduct regular data analysis and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing data operations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
  4. Monitor data quality and integrity, proactively identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
  5. Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data issues and identify root causes.
  6. Develop and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries and data flow diagrams.
  7. Lead data-related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to data operations, and make recommendations for implementing new tools and technologies.
  9. Train and mentor junior data analysts to ensure a high level of data literacy and proficiency.
  10. Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand data needs and requirements.
  11. Work closely with IT teams to ensure data systems are properly maintained and updated.
  12. Ensure compliance with all data privacy and security regulations and policies.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate data processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors involved in data operations.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of PepsiCo by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision making at all levels.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Operations, Data Management, Or Data Analytics.

  • Proficiency In Sql, Data Modeling, And Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Data Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
