PepsiCo is seeking an eCommerce Lead to join our team and drive our online merchandising strategy.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive eCommerce merchandising strategy for PepsiCo's iconic brands.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and supply chain to ensure alignment and execution of the eCommerce strategy.
  3. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for growth in online sales and merchandising.
  4. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of merchandising initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in eCommerce merchandising to continuously improve and innovate the strategy.
  6. Lead and manage a team of eCommerce merchandising professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.
  7. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to optimize eCommerce merchandising efforts and enhance the overall customer experience.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key eCommerce partners, such as Amazon and Walmart, to drive mutual growth and success.
  9. Identify and prioritize new eCommerce opportunities and initiatives to further drive growth and revenue.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on eCommerce merchandising performance and present recommendations for future strategies.
  11. Ensure all eCommerce merchandising efforts are in line with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
  12. Represent PepsiCo's eCommerce merchandising strategy at industry events and conferences.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to streamline and optimize eCommerce merchandising operations.
  14. Stay current with technological advancements and tools in eCommerce to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  15. Foster a customer-focused mindset within the team to ensure the eCommerce merchandising strategy meets the needs and expectations of consumers.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Ecommerce Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Ecommerce Landscape, Including Current Trends, Best Practices, And Emerging Technologies. They Should Also Have Experience In Managing Ecommerce Platforms And Driving Online Sales.

  • Merchandising Experience: A Successful Ecommerce Lead At Pepsico Should Have A Proven Track Record In Merchandising, Including Product Assortment, Pricing Strategy, And Promotional Planning. They Should Also Have Experience In Analyzing Sales Data And Making Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: As An Ecommerce Lead, The Candidate Will Be Working With Various Cross-Functional Teams, Including Marketing, Sales, And Supply Chain. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Work With And Influence Different Stakeholders.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Be Highly Analytical And Have The Ability To Interpret And Draw Insights From Data. They Should Also Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Address Potential Roadblocks In The Ecommerce Merchandising Process.

  • Project Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing Projects, Including Planning, Execution, And Tracking. They Should Be Able To Work Under Tight Deadlines And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously. Experience With Project Management Tools And Methodologies Is Also Preferred.
