  1. Develop and implement operational strategies that align with PepsiCo's overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and direct operational transformation initiatives to drive process improvement and increase efficiency across all levels of the organization.
  3. Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement, making recommendations for optimization and implementation.
  4. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve operational performance.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on operational initiatives.
  6. Lead and develop a team of operational professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive a high-performing culture.
  7. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success of operational initiatives.
  8. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement long-term operational strategies and plans.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate processes.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing updates and progress reports on operational initiatives.
  11. Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that may impact operational transformation initiatives.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
  13. Represent PepsiCo at industry events and conferences to showcase our operational excellence and leadership within the food and beverage industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Consumer Goods Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Large-Scale Transformation Projects, With A Focus On Operational Efficiency And Cost Savings.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes And Technologies, Including Experience With Lean Principles, Six Sigma, And/Or Other Continuous Improvement Methodologies.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams At All Levels Of The Organization.
