Director, PepsiCo Global Real Estate
PepsiCo is seeking an experienced Director of Global Real Estate to join our team and be responsible for the development and execution of PepsiCo’s global real estate strategy. This role requires a strategic-minded executive with a demonstrated track record of success in leading global real estate teams. The successful candidate will be a leader who can think and act strategically in the development and execution of the global real estate strategy to support PepsiCo’s global growth objectives.We are looking for a highly motivated professional who is a team player and demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of successfully managing global real estate portfolios and developing innovative strategies to drive value for PepsiCo. The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of the real estate industry, including experience with leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and construction. Experience in emerging markets is a plus. The successful candidate must also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions. The successful candidate must also have a commitment to PepsiCo’s core values and a passion for delivering results.
Responsibilities:
