- Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability reporting strategy for PepsiCo, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company goals.
- Lead the annual sustainability reporting process, including data collection, analysis, and reporting on key metrics and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sustainability, supply chain, marketing, and finance, to gather information and insights for reporting.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and reporting standards to ensure PepsiCo's reporting is accurate and relevant.
- Act as a subject matter expert on sustainability reporting, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with relevant external organizations and industry groups to stay informed and drive continuous improvement in sustainability reporting.
- Work closely with senior leadership to communicate sustainability performance and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including investors, customers, and the general public.
- Lead the development of creative and impactful sustainability communication materials, such as annual reports, sustainability websites, and social media content.
- Monitor and track sustainability reporting metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to drive positive change.
- Represent PepsiCo at industry events and conferences, sharing our sustainability journey and learnings with a wider audience.
- Champion a culture of sustainability within the organization, promoting employee engagement and participation in sustainability initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sustainability team to set and achieve ambitious sustainability goals and targets, driving continuous improvement in our sustainability performance.
Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Sustainability Reporting, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Sustainability Frameworks And Reporting Standards Such As Gri, Sasb, And Cdp.
Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborating With Various Stakeholders To Drive Sustainability Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Information To Diverse Audiences.
