- Develop and implement a comprehensive identity and access management strategy for PepsiCo.
- Lead and manage a team responsible for IAM authentication services globally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security and integrity of PepsiCo's digital assets.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement necessary controls to prevent unauthorized access to company data.
- Oversee the design and deployment of IAM tools and technologies, ensuring they align with industry best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging IAM trends and technologies to continuously improve and evolve PepsiCo's strategy.
- Monitor and report on IAM metrics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the program.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless implementation of IAM solutions.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on IAM policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ensure PepsiCo's IAM program is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Extensive Experience In Identity And Access Management (Iam) Authentication Services, Preferably In A Large Multinational Organization.
Comprehensive Understanding Of Industry Best Practices, Standards, And Regulations Related To Iam, Such As Iso 27001, Nist, And Gdpr.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Implementing Iam Authentication Solutions, Including Single Sign-On (Sso), Multi-Factor Authentication (Mfa), And Privileged Access Management (Pam).
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Stakeholders To Drive Iam Strategy And Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Clearly Articulate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Senior Leadership.
