Director, Health & Wellness Benefits

PepsiCo is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Health & Wellness Benefits to lead our team and to help shape our future health benefits initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in health and wellness benefits, including experience in developing strategies, overseeing implementations, and measuring effectiveness. Reporting to the Vice President of Total Rewards, this role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive health and wellness benefits strategy that aligns with PepsiCo’s mission and values. The successful candidate will have a proactive, can-do attitude, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have a track record of building relationships and delivering innovative solutions.
