
Director, Health & Wellness Benefits
PepsiCo is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Health & Wellness Benefits to lead our team and to help shape our future health benefits initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, diverse and innovative organization that is committed to making a positive impact in the health and well-being of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in health and wellness benefits, including experience in developing strategies, overseeing implementations, and measuring effectiveness. In addition, the successful candidate will bring a combination of business acumen, a passion for health and wellness, and a commitment to creating a culture of health and well-being at PepsiCo. Reporting to the Vice President of Total Rewards, this role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive health and wellness benefits strategy that aligns with PepsiCo’s mission and values. The successful candidate will have a proactive, can-do attitude, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have a track record of building relationships and delivering innovative solutions.
