Job Description

PepsiCo is looking for a dynamic, driven, and innovative Digital Product Manager to join our team as we continue to revolutionize the way we plan and forecast demand for our iconic brands. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the development and execution of our digital product strategy for our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Demand Planning function.   1. Develop and execute PepsiCo's digital product strategy for the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Demand Planning function.
  2. Lead the development and implementation of innovative digital tools and solutions to revolutionize the way demand planning is conducted for PepsiCo's iconic brands.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, marketing, and supply chain, to identify and prioritize digital product needs and opportunities.
  4. Conduct market research and identify industry trends to ensure PepsiCo's digital products remain competitive and aligned with customer needs.
  5. Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and continuously improve the digital product portfolio.
  6. Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders.
  7. Ensure successful product launches by managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
  8. Monitor and analyze product performance and make recommendations for enhancements or modifications.
  9. Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development.
  10. Stay informed on the latest digital technologies and trends in the industry to identify potential opportunities for PepsiCo's digital product portfolio.
  11. Foster a customer-centric mindset and ensure that digital products meet and exceed customer expectations.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience of digital products to enhance customer satisfaction.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert for the digital product portfolio, providing guidance and support to stakeholders as needed.
  14. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption and usage of digital products.
  15. Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Digital Product Management, Preferably In The Consumer Packaged Goods Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Demand Planning Principles And Experience With Forecasting And Inventory Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Digital Products, Including Developing Product Roadmaps And Managing Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Drive Decision-Making And Optimize Product Performance.
