
Digital Product Manager, IBP Demand Planning

- Develop and manage PepsiCo's IBP Demand Planning digital product
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop product strategies
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for product improvement and growth
- Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business objectives and customer needs
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the product
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
- Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch, including defining user stories, creating wireframes and prototypes, and conducting user testing
- Communicate product updates and progress to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor products to inform product strategy and stay ahead of industry trends
- Continuously gather and incorporate feedback from customers and stakeholders to improve the product
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective product messaging and support product launches
- Stay updated on the latest digital product management techniques and best practices to drive continuous improvement within the team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Product Management Or Demand Planning In The Consumer Goods Industry
Strong Understanding Of Digital Technologies And Their Application In Supply Chain And Demand Planning Processes
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously
