Design Manager - Structural Packaging & Circular Economy Model

PepsiCo is looking for an experienced and passionate Design Manager – Structural Packaging & Circular Economy Model to join our Design team. We are seeking a forward-thinking individual who is dedicated to making a positive impact on the packaging industry and delivering exceptional results. The successful candidate will be an innovative leader with a creative eye, strong technical skills, and the ability to bring ideas to life.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Packaging, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in packaging design and/or structural packaging design. Additionally, you must have a deep understanding of the circular economy and its application to packaging design. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
