- Lead the implementation and support of SAP systems across the organization.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of PepsiCo's business processes and systems to ensure effective integration with SAP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the SAP Functional team, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of SAP Functional experts, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the development and implementation of testing strategies, ensuring the quality and accuracy of SAP system functionality.
- Monitor and analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in SAP technology, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and improve processes.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to senior leadership, providing recommendations for resolution.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for SAP initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all PepsiCo policies, procedures, and standards related to SAP systems.
- Represent PepsiCo as a subject matter expert in SAP technology at industry events and conferences.
- Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion within the SAP Functional team.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to SAP systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Sap Functional Modules: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Sap Functional Modules, Including But Not Limited To, Fi/Co, Mm, Sd, Pp, And Hr. This Knowledge Should Span Across Various Versions Of Sap And Should Include Experience With Customizations, Integrations, And Upgrades.
Proven Leadership Skills: As A Deputy Director, The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading Teams And Managing Projects. This Includes Setting Clear Goals, Delegating Tasks, Providing Guidance, And Monitoring Progress To Ensure Timely And Quality Deliverables.
Business Acumen: The Deputy Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Business Processes And How Sap Solutions Can Be Leveraged To Optimize Them. This Includes Being Able To Analyze Complex Business Requirements And Translating Them Into Functional Specifications For The Sap Team To Implement.
Communication And Collaboration Skills: Effective Communication And Collaboration Are Crucial For A Deputy Director To Be Successful In Their Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Project Success.
Experience In A Global Organization: Pepsico Is A Global Company, And The Deputy Director Should Have Experience Working In A Similar Environment. This Includes Collaborating With Teams From Different Regions, Understanding Cultural Differences, And Managing Global Sap Implementations.
