Strong Background In Data Analysis And Management: A Data Strategy Manager Must Possess Advanced Knowledge And Experience In Data Analysis And Management Techniques, Including Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, And Data Mining.
Proven Track Record In Developing And Implementing Data Strategies: Candidates For This Role Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Data Strategies That Align With Business Objectives And Drive Business Growth.
Extensive Knowledge Of Data Governance And Compliance: As Pepsico Operates In A Highly Regulated Industry, It Is Essential For A Data Strategy Manager To Have A Strong Understanding Of Data Governance And Compliance Requirements, Including Gdpr, Ccpa, And Other Relevant Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: This Role Requires Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management. Additionally, The Data Strategy Manager Must Have Strong Leadership Skills To Drive Change And Lead A Team Of Data Professionals.
Experience In The Consumer Goods Industry: While Not A Mandatory Requirement, Experience In The Consumer Goods Industry Is Highly Desirable For A Data Strategy Manager At Pepsico.
