  1. Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all data governance-related inquiries and issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality and compliance issues.
  4. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to data governance policies and procedures.
  5. Design and implement data quality controls and processes to maintain the integrity of our data assets.
  6. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in data governance and stewardship.
  7. Monitor data usage and access to ensure compliance with privacy and security regulations.
  8. Develop and deliver training programs to promote data governance awareness and compliance across the organization.
  9. Work closely with IT and other teams to ensure data governance requirements are met in new system implementations and upgrades.
  10. Create and maintain documentation of data governance processes and procedures for reference and training purposes.
  11. Communicate data governance updates and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  12. Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance data governance processes.
  13. Lead data governance and stewardship initiatives and projects as assigned.
  14. Mentor and support team members to build a strong data governance culture within the organization.
  15. Participate in data governance and stewardship forums and conferences to stay current on industry trends and developments.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Management, Or Business Analytics.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Governance And Stewardship Roles, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Management Principles And Best Practices, Including Data Quality, Metadata Management, And Data Privacy.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Implementing Data Governance Frameworks And Processes, Including Creating Policies, Procedures, And Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
