- Conduct thorough research and stay updated on current tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all aspects of customer taxation.
- Review, analyze, and process customer tax documentation and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and legal, to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in customer tax documentation and invoices.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all tax-related transactions and activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns related to tax.
- Participate in audits and assist with providing necessary documentation and information.
- Proactively identify potential tax-related issues and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of various tax returns.
- Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and communicate any potential impact on the company's operations.
- Train and educate team members on tax regulations and procedures.
- Collaborate with external tax advisors and consultants as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while performing job duties.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive tax information.

Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Tax Preparation Or Analysis, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Tax Laws And Regulations.
Proficiency In Financial And Data Analysis, As Well As The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Tax Information.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Communicate Tax Strategies And Recommendations To Internal Stakeholders And External Auditors.
