  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
  2. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify any potential compliance issues and recommend solutions.
  3. Monitor and assess changes in laws and regulations to ensure that PepsiCo is in compliance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all business processes are aligned with compliance requirements.
  5. Develop and deliver trainings and presentations to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
  6. Investigate and resolve any compliance-related incidents or violations.
  7. Keep up-to-date records and documentation of all compliance activities.
  8. Communicate any potential compliance risks to senior management and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  9. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  10. Stay informed about industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement of compliance processes.
  11. Participate in cross-functional projects to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into new initiatives.
  12. Maintain a thorough understanding of PepsiCo's products and services to accurately assess compliance needs.
  13. Collaborate with legal counsel to address any legal or ethical concerns.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on compliance matters and provide guidance and support to other departments.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Internal Audit, Controls Testing, Or Compliance.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Sarbanes-Oxley (Sox) Compliance And Other Regulatory Requirements.

  • Experience With Risk Assessment, Control Evaluation, And Testing Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Communicate Control Deficiencies And Recommendations For Improvement.
