  1. Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data by performing regular audits and implementing controls.
  3. Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources to support business decisions.
  5. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize financial reporting processes.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and make necessary adjustments to reporting procedures.
  7. Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate and timely financial information.
  8. Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track and monitor key performance indicators.
  9. Communicate financial results and findings to stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors.
  10. Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed.
  11. Mentor and train junior analysts on financial reporting processes and procedures.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve internal controls to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  13. Act as a key liaison between finance and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in reporting.
  14. Proactively identify potential risks and opportunities and make recommendations to mitigate or capitalize on them.
  15. Uphold company values and ethics while performing job duties.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Understanding Of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Gaap).
