  1. Oversee and manage financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify any discrepancies or variances.
  3. Develop and maintain strong internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial information.
  5. Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management.
  6. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
  7. Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations.
  8. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Train and mentor team members on financial reporting and controlling processes.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to financial reporting and make necessary adjustments to processes.
  11. Communicate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for audits.
  12. Act as a key point of contact for any financial reporting and controlling inquiries from stakeholders.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient and accurate reporting.
  14. Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes to provide accurate financial projections.
  15. Assist in special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed.

Job Qualifications
